Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Hostinvo, the operator of hostinvo.dev. By accessing or using the platform, or by installing a self-hosted copy of it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent a company, you confirm your authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Hostinvo is a hosting automation platform that lets hosting providers manage billing, provisioning, clients, domains and support. It comes in two forms: a hosted workspace on hostinvo.dev, or a licence for a self-hosted installation on your own servers that verifies itself against our licence authority.

Plans include a monthly allowance of Hostinvo AI requests, and credit packs can be bought on top. Hostinvo AI runs on Hostinvo's own servers; your content is not sent to third-party AI providers.

The free trial starts on its own when a workspace is created or the platform is installed, and lasts for the period stated on the pricing page at the time you sign up. When it ends, access to the control panel pauses until a plan is chosen; your data is kept for at least thirty days after that.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys and licence key confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Hostinvo is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect account credentials.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose. Prices are listed in USD and may change with at least thirty days' notice; a change never affects a period already paid for.

Payments are made through PayPal or by a bank transfer agreed with us. In the event of non-payment, the workspace may be suspended, or the licence may stop verifying, after notice.

Fees paid for completed billing periods and for used credit packs are non-refundable.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, to infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or in any way that damages the platform or its other users. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your clients, including e-invoicing requirements in your country.

Data you enter into the platform, and your clients' data, remain your property. We grant you a licence to use the platform to process that data and make no claim of ownership over your account content. You can ask for a copy of your data at any time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel. Hostinvo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends at the conclusion of the current billing period, and your data is deleted after the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

The platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Hostinvo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, though we strive to maintain a high standard of reliability. Hostinvo AI output is a suggestion for you to review before you rely on it.

In no event shall Hostinvo's liability exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claimed incident.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
